• We accept Credit Cards via Pay Pal (www.PayPal.com), cash in US dollars, Mexican Pesos or Euro. (Please Note: you will be using Pay Pal only for paying the deposit. The balance will have to be paid by cash only)

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your room. Please note: Deposit is refundable in full minus 10% if cancelled 30 days in advance. If cancelled 14 days prior to arrival only 50% will be refunded. We cannot refund any of your deposits if the cancellation takes place less than 14 days prior to arrival. Please bear that in mind when planning to stay with us.
  
  
• The pool area is not fenced and since we cannot guarantee their safety at all times, we are not allowed to accept children as guests. (If you do have children joining you, we will be happy to help you secure a room, when available, at a lovely bed and breakfast owned by a friend, located only a few blocks away) 
  
  
• Smoking: allowed in common areas, but not   in the rooms.
  
  
• Alcohol: okay by us, But please act responsibly.
  
  
• Special requests: please let us know prior to arrival and we shall do our best to accommodate.

Our aim is to provide a serene, relaxed atmosphere for all our guests. Please make sure you do your share of helping us maintain it.
